Terms of use
The rules for using AI Headline Hub.
These terms govern use of AI Headline Hub, published by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Governing law
These terms are an agreement with Joshua Israel Ventures LLC. They are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
The service
The site publishes news and explainers. It is provided as a static website. Access can be interrupted by the host, by a bad build, or by maintenance.
Copyright
Unless a page says otherwise, the stories and the site design are owned by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC. You may link to any public page. You may quote a short passage with attribution and a link, where the law allows. Reproducing a full story, or using the archive as a product of your own, needs permission.
Crawlers
robots.txt allows search crawlers and AI crawlers, and the pages do not use noai or noimageai tags. That is an access policy for this host. It is not an assignment of copyright, and it does not waive attribution. llms.txt describes the site for automated readers.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the site, probe it for someone else’s data, or send automated traffic that is meant to knock it offline. Ordinary crawling that follows robots.txt is fine. Do not use the site for unlawful activity.
Other sites
Links to companies, papers, and documents are there so readers can check the reporting. Joshua Israel Ventures LLC does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content.
No professional advice
Stories are information. They are not legal, financial, investment, security, or other professional advice. Read the disclaimer.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided “as is.” Joshua Israel Ventures LLC disclaims warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Joshua Israel Ventures LLC is not liable for damages that result from using the site or relying on a story. A correction policy is not a promise that every error will be found.
Changes
These terms can be updated by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after the change is posted is acceptance of the new terms.
